The building is affiliated with the local primary school with a possible use for the general public, both for sport and social city events. In the building there is a hall meeting requirements for playing national handball, small hall and a universal room. The construction also includes 60 metres long running track with broad jump, outdoor kindergarten, playground with synthetic surface and open-air cinema. The building is connected to the school through an underground tunnel. Walkable roofs are available to local winemakers, their customers and also to the public.
